DART Pool Solutions, Inc. is a family owned and operated business serving Southwest Florida since 1994. We service all of Sarasota, Charlotte, and Manatee counties.

DART is actually an acronym that was formed from our family initials Donna, Alexis, Raymond, R.J., and Taylor. DART was started by Donna in 1994 and originally was called DART Services of South Florida Inc. The company specialized in sales and repair of commercial and residential pool equipment. After a few years DART grew into a company that serviced 17 counties on both coasts of Florida. That is until Hurricane Charlie hit Punta Gorda, the location of our main offices at the time. We were forced to shut down operations for almost two months and relocate to Port Charlotte. This incident was life altering as many of our employees homes were damaged beyond repair. Thankfully nobody was injured but many were forced to move out of Florida due to lack of housing. At that time we made the decision to sell off parts of the company and changed the company name to DART Pool Solutions, Inc. covering Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties.

Today our main office is located in North Port, Florida. Donna, Dorothy, Alexis and Taylor work in the office. Ray, RJ, and Steve are our repair Tech's. Our goal has always been to give our customers fair, honest, educated information the best their money can buy. We go to great lengths to train ourselves on a regular basis. This includes factory training to keep up with the latest technology, water and chemical science and equipment. We provide warranty for most products we sell so if you have a problem we can get things taken care of, not just give you a number to call and say have a good day.

Meet our family,

Donna started DART and is our President. She works in our office.

Raymond is happily married to Donna so she let him be Director of DART and is also the Repair Manager.

Rick is our oldest son and is married to Jen. They have two lovely children, Keira and Greyson. They live in Wisconsin.

Alexis is our oldest daughter and is married to Steve. They have a son Aidan who is 5 and a baby girl who is almost 1

R.J. or Raymond Joseph is our youngest son and recently graduated from Manatee Technical college, with a degree in HVAC and works as a Tech

Taylor is our youngest daughter and is attending SCF in Venice and also works in our office.

Dorothy is married to Dave and has two lovely children Ariana and Sonny. She has been with us shortly after Hurricane Charlie.

Steve is one of our Techs and has been with us for over 10 years.

Kevin is our newest hire and has been working for us for about 2 years now. He is our only pool tech.

Credentials,

Donna has several business certifications and is the Vice President of our Venice chapter of IPSSA 2015-2017.

Raymond has his Florida State Pool Builders License CPC1457408, State Liquid Propane 601 qualifier and Universal EPA certification. Ray is a NSPF (National Swimming Pool Foundation) certified Instructor qualified to teach all classes and also is CPO certified for commercial pools. Ray also has factory training certificates from Aquacal, Comfortzone, Summit, EUS, Autopilot, Astral, Fluidra, Pentair, Raypak, Lochinvar, Hayward, Starite, Rheem, Ruud, Jacuzzi, Jandy, Zodiac, Teledyne Laars, Waterpik, Compool, Sure Temp, Perigrine, American Products, Polaris, Comfort temp, Pac Fab, Minimax, Triton, Stenner, Heat Siphon, Goldline, ChlorMatic, Superior Aqua and Baracuda and Nirvana.

Ray is also involved with several industry organizations that promote professionalism and education so people entering the pool industry have a way to be trained and licensed. He joined the Charlotte and Manasota chapters of FSPA (Florida Spa and Pool Association) in 1996 and has served as a board member since 2010 on the Manasota chapter, he was voted in as Secretary 2014-2015 and Vice President 2016 and 2017. Ray also belongs to the Venice chapter of IPSSA (Independent Pool and Spa Service Association) he joined in 2010 then was voted in as Vice President for the years of 2013-2015 and has been voted in as President for 2015-2017.

R.J. has worked for us since 2011 he has his CPO certification for commercial pools and has Factory certificates from Autopilot, Fluidra, Pentair, Starite, Jandy, Raypak, Zodiac and Astral.

Steve has been with us since 2008 and worked his way up from Preventive Maintenance Tech to Cleaning Tech then Cleaning Manager in 2011. Steve is a NSPF (National Swimming Pool Foundation) certified Instructor qualified to teach all classes and is also CPO certified for commercial pools. Steve has Factory training certificates from Astral, Autopilot, Fluidra, Pentair, Starite, Jandy, Zodiac, Raypak.
